By accessing and using ShareSwift, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use of Service

ShareSwift is a file transfer utility. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the service to transfer any material that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Peer-to-Peer Nature

You understand that ShareSwift facilitates direct device-to-device transfers. We do not host your files. The speed and success of transfers depend on your network conditions and device capabilities.

4. No Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ShareSwift or its owners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
